The procurement was a call off by direct award from the Scotland Excel Technology Enabled Care Framework 31-17, Lots 2-7. The Council previously conducted a call off by direct award from Lot 1 of the above Framework for digital alarms. To ensure technical compatibility with the digital alarms, the peripherals require to be purchased from the same supplier (Careium - formerly Doro AB).
