The provision of transport for School Teachers and OIC officials (visiting the school) arriving by plane to North Ronaldsay Community School. The Authority has a requirement for School Teacher Transport to provide for the safe, reliable and flexible conveyance of teachers and OIC officials visiting the schools arriving by ferry or plane to and from schools during the school year.
Renewal: Initial Term of 36 months with 2 x 12 month extensions.

The expenditure, work or effort undertaken by bidders prior to the award of any Contract is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgement of bidders. Late quotations will not be considered by the Council and all questions are to be submitted via the Questions and Answers section of this contract advertisement on PCS. An economic operator that suffers, or risks suffering, loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 may bring proceedings in the Sheriff Court or Court of Session. The value included in Section 11.1.7 of 720 GBP is based on the anticipated annual value of the contract however this value is dependent on the amount of journeys undertaken during the lifetime of the contract.
