City of Glasgow College was seeking a partnership model with a university on TQFE programme design and delivery and on supporting wider staff development. This would involve appropriately qualified and experienced staff from the College's Learning and Teaching Academy having input into the development and teaching of the TQFE programme. In addition, it would support joint working on staff development in tertiary education and opportunities for research collaboration.
