The University intends to award a contract under the negotiated procedure without prior publication under the provisions of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 Regulations 2016 regulation 4. (c) The procurement relates to services provided by Community Energy Malawi (CEM). CEM are a named delivery partner in Malawi for the Scottish Government funded EASE project. The Ease project aims to improve affordable, clean energy Access for communities in Malawi.

Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the Successful Tenderer, either intended as partial replacement of supplies or installations or as extensions of existing supplies and installations. The Contracting Authority may at it's sole discretion exercise this option.
