The Scottish Government (SG) is seeking a supplier to conduct Monitoring and Evaluation work of the Community Climate Action Hubs, which launched two pathfinder hubs in 2021 to support community climate action in Scotland. Scottish Government is currently expanding the network and requires a framework through which we can monitor their progress and evidence their impact.
