East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to construct a new raised causeway path along a 'desire line' in Mains Park, Milngavie that runs from the end of the existing path at Garvel Road and links Muirlees Crescent. The creation of a new raised causeway path upgrade along this desire line will allow for safe access to both Clober Primary, Douglas Academy and the wider area of Milngavie.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
