Notice Description

The works involve alterations to internally fit out of the Garage Unit at Kilsyth Road Workspace. The existing building is a light industrial unit, across two floors. The planned alterations are to provide additional office space on a newly formed mezzanine above the existing workshop. Works will include installation of new structural steel mezzanine floor structure, and installation of a new office with new partitions to provide storage, a suspended ceiling and new flooring, along with associated electrical works to provide lighting, radiant heating and all necessary connections and sockets for future operations. Works are being managed by East Dunbartonshire Council for the benefit of East Dunbartonshire Council's Social Work Department.
