Notice Description

ACHA is looking to commission development services within the social housing sector in Scotland. 1.2 This contract will cover the West area of Argyll and Bute, specifically Mid Argyll, Kintyre and Islands; Oban, Lorn and the Isles. This will include the delivery and project management of affordable housing to required timeframes, cost and quality required by ACHA.

ACHA wishes to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and competent Housing Development Consultant with a high level of knowledge and understanding of the social housing sector in Scotland specifically the development and procurement functions for RSLs and with knowledge of developing in rural areas and island communities. This contract will cover the West area of Argyll and Bute, specifically Mid Argyll, Kintyre and Islands; Oban, Lorn and the Isles. This will include delivery and project management of affordable housing to required timeframes, cost and quality required by ACHA.

Renewal: ACHA retains the option to offer an extension for a further year. Any such extension will solely be at the discretion of ACHA.
