Notice Description
The purpose of this service is to undertake a Principal Inspection/ Structural review form and outline works proposals for each of the attached list of Pubic Road Bridges.The Inspections are to be carried out using Moray Council PI template, and data capture to allow our Asset manages System (HIAMS) to be updated.This opportunity is being carried out under Scotland Excel's Engineering and Technical Consultancy framework (0820), technical scores from the framework will be used with price proposals submitted to evaluate tenders under mini competition option 1 of the framework.
