    "description": "Hillcrest Homes will shortly be issuing a Winter Maintenance Tender. We are looking for an experienced and suitably resourced contractor to tender for this contract. The tender documents will be available on PCS early in September. This contract will involve regular external gritting at our office areas and at certain staffed care homes throughout our area of operations - Dundee, Edinburgh, Angus, Fife and Perthshire. full address details will be supplied in the tender documents. We expect all tendering contractors to have access to a system similar to the Met Office Open Site and be able to grit all sites in line with this forecast, by no later than 6.00am the following morning. This will ensure external surfaces are safe for staff arriving for work. The contract will also include additional requirements for ad-hoc gritting and snow clearing as needed throughout the winter months.
