Notice Description
City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP invites Quotation bids for the Valuation of their Property (two lots) from suppliers who have been awarded to Lot 5 of the Crown Commercial Service Estate Management Services agreement RM6168 Lot 5 - Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders. For the purposes of this tendering exercise, the property portfolio of 600 properties is split into two lots of 301 properties (lot 1) and 299 properties (lot 2), as detailed in the 'City Property Valuation Lot List' document provided. Tenderers may submit Quotations for one or both of these Lots by completing the relevant tab(s) (Lot 1 and / or Lot 2) of the 'Call Off Schedule 5 - Pricing details'.
