Notice Description
South Lanarkshire Council's Facilities, Waste and Grounds Services have a requirement for the supply and delivery of two compact tractors complete with mounted brushes. A suitable and accessible Framework was identified as follows: Framework: Scotland Excel (SXL) Grounds Maintenance Equipment (09-18) Lot: 9 - Tractors Framework Period: 01 March 2019 - 28 February 2023 with extension to 30 November 2023. In reviewing the Scotland Excel master schedule, it became clear that the requirement should be procured via Mini Competition. The following mini competition was published: SLC/CE/23/064 - Mini Competition for the Supply & Delivery of Compact Tractor Complete with Mounted Brushes, Lot 9. The above Call-Off Contract was for a one-off purchase.
