Open Tender for the provision of research consultancy services for the production of a transparent, holistic and inclusive co-design methodology for use by local authorities and other public bodies in Scotland to address whole waste service system design.

Lot Information

Lot 1

This Contract is for a Project to produce a Toolkit for how to deliver co-design, user-centred, and inclusive techniques to better understand opportunities for improving local authority waste service design in Scotland.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: The Client may ask the Contractor to provide input to and / or support for the design and delivery of promotional materials and activities. The details of any such support requirements will be discussed and the method and cost of delivery agreed by the Parties at the appropriate time. Delivery shall be in accordance with the methods, staffing, pricing information and Terms and Conditions of this Contract.

Renewal: Potential for extension to 30 June 2024 to allow additional / optional services to be requested and provided on a call off basis.
