Elasticities of demand across the criteria thus defined, iii. The impact of changes in supply, including the governance of supply, as contained in the original scenarios, on total use, including trip mode split; and iv. The impact of changes in supply and governance in achieving wider strategic transport objectives.. Final report delivery can follow within 1 month of agreed final draft.",
