            "reductionCriteria": "Tenderers must be able to provide evidence of experience, capability and capacity of delivering the services outlined in this contract notice, including evidence of delivering similar services for people with complex mental health needs. Care Inspectorate (or equivalent) inspection information will be used to give the Council assurance of the tenderer's ability to deliver the services at a standard of Care Inspectorate grade 4 or above. Insurance cover, financial standing information, climate change plan and quality systems evidence will also be required. Full details of the criteria are included in the tender documents."
