Notice Description

Police Scotland have a requirement for a contractor to provide a Disposal and Recycling Service for its Redundant ICT and Waste Electrical Equipment (WEEE). Over a four-year period it is expected we would replace the entire desktop estate which is estimated at 16,000 desktops and laptops. On top of this, Police Scotland also have Business as Usual activities that require ICT and Waste Electrical equipment to be disposed of and recycled in accordance with the legislation. In addition the business would like to also seek for services to dispose of batteries and printer cartridges

Lot 1

Police Scotland have a requirement for a contractor to provide a Disposal and Recycling Service for its Redundant ICT and Waste Electrical Equipment (WEEE). Options: The duration of the contract will be three (3) years with the option to extend the Contract for a further Two (2) periods of up to Twelve (12) months at the sole discretion of the Authority.

Renewal: The duration of the contract will be three (3) years with the option to extend the Contract for a further Two (2) periods of up to Twelve (12) months at the sole discretion of the Authority.
