Open Procurement The award is based on Price and Quality at a ratio of 60p/40q. 60 marks will be awarded for the consultants submitting the lowest price and higher priced Tenders marked pro-rata. A maximum of 40 marks will be granted to a response to a questionnaire (included in the Part 2 document. Marks for Price and Quality are combined with the consultant with the highest marks being the preferred consultant.
