The Provision of Passivhaus Consultancy Services for the Baillieston Community Hub. Glasgow City Council was seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Passivhaus accredited consultant to work with Glasgow City Council's in-house multi-disciplinary team - Property & Consultancy Services (PCS)- on the development at James Lindsay Memorial Park in the East of Glasgow. The role of this consultant is to advise the team and provide oversight on energy efficient design solutions.
Options: The council reserves the right to source non-core and additional items from the awarded Supplier
