Notice Description

East Dunbartonshire Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to supply and install aluminium trim to the windows on Lenzie Road Flats. Please see additional documents for more information.

Lot Information

Lot 1

A latent defect has been identified following initial completion of the building. Following severe weather, it appears that the finish surrounding the existing windows has been constructed with low standard and unendurable materials and is resulting in damage internally due to water ingress. East Dunbartonshire Council require a suitably qualified and experience Contractor to measure, supply and install bespoke aluminium window trims to match existing finishes.

Renewal: The contract duration will be from 5th February 2024 to 5th March 2024. The Authority reserves the right to extend this for a period of 1 month until 5th April 2024.
