Provision of an independent audit opinion on the Annual Report and Accounts in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006.

Renewal: The contract will be for an initial 3 year period (2023/24 to 2027/8). The Charity, at their sole discretion, will have the option to extend by a further 2 year period. This will be subject to a satisfactory conclusion of a formal review which will be undertaken after 3 years i.e. post audit for Financial Year 25/26.
