This PIN is a call for expressions of interest for the commissioning of a Port Masterplan to help determine future development potential for Eyemouth Harbour. Funding for this procurement is in the final stages of approval, and while that approval is expected this notice should not be considered as a guarantee that this or any similar future procurement will go ahead. Should it be approved, the procurement will be conducted by South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) in partnership with Eyemouth Harbour Trust (EHT).. The Masterplan will be expected to inform strategic thinking, act in attracting new commercial interest, determine optimal use of existing natural capital, and map out future investments needed to ensure the port prospers in the future. This should not be considered an exhaustive list of requirements to be included in the eventual ITT, and is subject to change.
