Void Property Reinstatement Works
Notice Description
River Clyde Homes is seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to initially refurbish 40 void properties within Inverclyde. A detailed scope of the works required to be undertaken in each void property is provided within the pricing schedule attached as Appendix C. The initial 40 properties require to be completed by in their entirety within six weeks of contract award, only companies that can meet this timescale should submit a tender. Subject to the successful bidder's performance on the initial tranche of works, additional Void Property works will be allocated. Potentially, circa 200 Void properties, may be allocated to the successful bidder throughout the contract period. Voids may be required to be turned around at a rate of 40+ per month. The voids will be a mixture of standard and major voids.
