All other painterwork
All other painterwork: - Painting of walls, Ceiling and woodwork within a void property; One off decoration of tenanted homes following a flood or fire for example; One off external projects such as replacement of damaged fence; Painting internally or eternally of corporate buildings such as offices or community spaces; Etc.. Please refer to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Single Procurement Document (SPD) information and criteria
Renewal: The framework will be let for 4 years (48 months) based on an initial 2 year term with the option to extend for a further 1 + 1 year at the sole discretion of the Association.
