Renewal: The framework will be let for 4 years (48 months) based on an initial 2 year term with the option to extend for a further 1 + 1 year at the sole discretion of the Association.

Annual Cyclical Maintenance Works

Annual cyclical maintenance works comprising: - Painting timber fencing at various heights and number of side Painting metal fencing; Painting timber fencing at various heights and number of side Painting metal fencing; Painting Soffits and fascia's at various heights; Internal close painting of ceiling and walls; Painting varnishing or staining timber window frames and cills; Painting cast iron gutters and downpipes; Etc..
