Notice Description
As a responsible employer, River Clyde Homes Group is committed to the health and wellbeing of its staff and aims to proactively support wellness. In order to facilitate this goal, RCHG wish to procure the services of an experienced and competent service provider to provide its staff with a Health Care Plan. RCHG currently employs 300 members of staff, therefore this is the number of individuals the Health Care Plan will initially provide cover for.

As a responsible employer, River Clyde Homes Group is committed to the health and wellbeing of its staff and aims to proactively support wellness. In order to facilitate this goal, RCHG wish to procure the services of an experienced and competent service provider to provide its staff with a Health Care Plan. RCHG currently employs 300 members of staff, therefore this is the number of individuals the Health Care Plan will initially provide cover for. Bidders should be aware that this number is indicative and staff numbers may fluctuate over the duration of the contract. Our average employee age is 44 and there is a 171/129, Male/Female split. The Health Care Plan will be paid for by RCHG with the option for employees to top up for a wider range of benefits. The Minimum Health Care Plan requirements are detailed within the tender document.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2-year duration. RCH may wish to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two, twelve month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
