Notice Description
Abertay Housing Association intends to engage a contractor to carry out the periodical electrical testing and inspection throughout their housing stock. This contract will include providing electrical condition reports and any category 1 & 2 repairs that maybe required to ensure a 'clean' certificate is provided to the association
Lot Information
Lot 1
The single stage procurement exercise will be assessed on the basis of 60% quality and 40% price. As per the Invitation to Tender Document.
Renewal: Contract extension of 24 months available, in two 12 month extensions at the association's discretion.
