The Marine Directorate wishes to seek a tender for the provision of a Remote Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) in support of marine and fisheries inspection activities from a seagoing Marine Protection vessel (MPV).The Marine Directorate is seeking to enhance their current capability in marine and fisheries Monitoring, Control and Surveillance (MCS) by trialling RPAS during a 22 day deployment to coincide with a scheduled patrol in Scottish waters.
