Notice Description
The City of Edinburgh Council established a flexible purchasing system for temporary accommodation in March 2022. This was a long-term opportunity with the aim to increase Edinburgh's capacity for temporary accommodation. The Council require accommodation and associated services which are tailored to resident's needs, can adapt by flexing capacity whilst having a focus on value for money and allows continued change and improvement. The Council have undertaken a mini-competition for those providers on Category 4 - Temporary Accommodation Support Services, called "Homelessness Support Services".

Housing First & Complex/Multiple Needs Visiting Housing Support
This Lot is for the provision of Homelessness Support Services incorporating the previous provision of Housing First Visiting Housing Support and Complex/Multiple Needs Visiting Housing Support.
Locality Visiting Housing Support and Preventative SupportLot 3 Locality Support - This contract opportunity is for the provision of Homelessness Support Services to replace the current services based in the four localities areas of the City of Edinburgh: Locality Visiting Housing Support and Locality Preventative Support.. Each locality (North-East, North-West, South-East, South-West) is evaluate separately, with no limit on how many localities any one bidder could win.
Young Person Visiting Housing Support and Group Work with Youth Emergency SupportLot 4 (Young People) - This contract opportunity is for the provision of Homelessness Support Services. The contract will replace the following current provision: Young Person Visiting Housing Support Young Person Group Work Youth Emergency Support into one contract to consolidate the services into a more joined up provision for young people across the city.
