Health and Social Care Moray are looking to commission a new single contract for independent advocacy to enable a robust and consistent approach to advocacy across health and social care. This includes all adults who have a legal right to advocacy and allows for a relational, human rights based approach, taking into account the individual and their family or unpaid carer.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
