Forth Housing Association Ltd. wishes to appoint multiple suitably qualified and experienced service providers to a Framework Agreement for the provision of Development Services. The term of the Framework Agreement will be three years with the option to extend by one further year.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 12 month period.
