The requirement is for an app or device that can be discreetly and easily activated to raise an alarm for help in difficult situations with support of an alarm response receiving centre managing and monitoring the alarms.. Please be aware that this is not a fixed price contract and, as such, actual spend may vary against the contract value stated above.
Options: There is an option to extend the term of this contract for up to 2X 12-month periods. The estimated cost of such extension has been factored into the contract value stated above
