Professional Support for evaluating 2024/25 Active Travel Transformation Fund Applications
Notice Description
To provide technical advice and support on a short-term basis to create an application template and to prepare assessment criteria for inviting construction-ready programme/project applications for the 2024/25 Active Travel Transformation Fund. The fund provides investment directly to Local Authorities, Regional Transport Partnerships and National Park Authorities working in partnership with Transport Scotland to deliver ambitious, construction-ready active travel infrastructure schemes across Scotland. This approach was successfully deployed in 2023/24, demonstrating a promising pipeline of projects and received widespread approval from delivery partners compared to previous models. To assist in developing a longer term consultancy package to support Active Travel transformation across the areas of technical support, project and programme management and value for money assurance.
