Provision of consultancy support to develop a five-year plan for the delivery of active travel behaviour change interventions across the SEStran region under the remit of the People and Place fund from Transport Scotland. To inform and support the plan delivery, this will also include a mapping exercise to identify the existing (and proposed) active travel network at a local and regional level.
