Notice Description

HIAL wish to appoint a sole Supplier to a single contract for the provision of supplying, installing and commissioning 2no. Arrivals baggage carousels and 10no. Check-in feeder belts at Inverness Airport; 1no. Arrivals baggage carousel at Sumburgh Airport; and provide ongoing maintenance support for all equipment. The ongoing maintenance will include 2no. additional Check-in feeder belts at Inverness Airport that have recently been installed (Check-in desks one and two).

HIAL wish to appoint a sole Supplier to a single contract for the provision of supplying, installing and commissioning 2no. Arrivals baggage carousels and 10no. Check-in feeder belts at Inverness Airport; 1no. Arrivals baggage carousel at Sumburgh Airport; and provide ongoing maintenance support for all equipment. The ongoing maintenance will include 2no. additional Check-in feeder belts at Inverness Airport that have recently been installed (Check-in desks one and two).

Options: a) Energy Efficiency Options - HIAL would like to reduce our energy consumption throughout the airport, please provide details of any energy saving options relating to the Goods e.g sub-meters to track usage. b) Additional Equipment - supply, deliver, install and commission additional related or similar equipment at other HIAL sites. c) Remote Fault Identification (or similar) at Inverness - If a solution is proposed for Sumburgh, please provide this as an additional option for Inverness.

Renewal: Provision to extend by a further four years bi-annually
