River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent Law Firm to provide general commercial legal advice and representation on an ad-hoc basis. The successful firm will assist our in-house legal team in the following areas: - commercial contracts - dispute resolution, including litigation advice and representation - health & safety - corporate law and governance - data protection and information - energy - property development and regeneration - construction law - regulation of registered social landlords - procurement law - conveyancing.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two-year duration. RCH may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two, twelve-month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
