Notice Description

Bridgewater Housing Association, by engaging this Stock Condition Survey, are seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Building Surveyor (the Surveyor) that can build on the quality and accuracy of the Association's existing Stock Condition Survey information, improve the quality of existing asset data, provide comprehensive information of the condition of the Association's properties and identify appropriate packages of work/phasing of future repairs, replacement, improvement and maintenance projects. The Stock Condition Survey for this procurement, will require the successful surveyor to complete Stock Condition Surveys for 100% our stock properties referred to within Tender Document C 'Property Address List' which will include; a) 100% internal and external survey of all flats and houses including common parts; b) 100% internal and external survey of care homes at Robertson House (2 Rashielee Drive) and Clayson House; c) 100% internal and external survey of common close areas including external bin stores, clothes drying areas and cycle stores; and d) 100% survey of lock up garages and garage blocks. It is envisaged that the Stock Condition Survey will be undertaken exclusively throughout Erskine, Renfrewshire.
