Lot 1

The scope of works required is contained within the Specification and Schedule of Works. This should be read in conjunction with all information provided within the tender pack. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 26 August 2024, with a completion of 12 weeks from commencement. The contract is anticipated to have an overall cost of approximately 308000 excl VAT. Whilst time is of the essence, SBHA acting fairly and reasonably will consider any requirements to ensure the contract is completed. No additional properties will be added.
