South Ayrshire Council has a requirement to appoint a suitably experienced and professional company to run a Taxi Marshalling service on Saturday evenings from 23:30 until 03:30 hours (on Sunday mornings), at the designated taxi rank at Boswell Park, Ayr, KA7 1NW. Occasionally, there may be a need to stay on for an extra hour due to extended licences. The principal objectives of the contract are for the successful provider to provide three (3) Taxi Marshals to provide the following: Maintain order in the queue ensuring appropriate taxi etiquette is followed at all times Monitor the Traffic Restriction Order in place at Boswell Park Lock public toilets at Arthur Street at the end of shift Attendance of six (6) weekly mandatory online Reducing Violence Joint Action Group meetings
