Lot 1
It is Craigdale Housing Associations' intention to enter into a contract with a main contractor from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028 to deliver their routine common close cleaning services to flat blocks owned by the Association. The works also include cleaning to the Clients office and car port roofs.
Renewal: Possible 1 + 1 year extension at Clients discretion.
