River Clyde Homes is seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to initially undertake internal refurbishment works within two flatted void properties at 5 & 7 Huntly Drive Greenock, PA16 0YP. The works will include but are not limited to: - Downtakings - Dry Lining - Internal Doors Refurbishment - Electrical Works - Kitchen Refurbishment - Bathroom Refurbishment - Decoration A detailed scope of works is contained within the pricing schedule at Appendix B. Bidders are also advised to undertake a site visit to ensure they fully understand the scope of the works required prior to submitting a bid. Site visits may be arranged by contacting RCH's Project Co-Ordinator, Colin Campbell at: Email Colin.Campbell@riverclydehomes.org.uk Works must be completed in their entirety by 30th September 2024. Only companies who have the requisite resource to meet this timescale should submit a tender. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
