Notice Description

The Offshore Wind Directorate invites a tender from a suitable contractor to host a test Beta version of the Cumulative Effects Framework (the Beta CEF) on a temporary digital platform for the purpose of testing for a group of pre-selected users. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the tool is easily accessible on a platform for the users to undertake runs using their own parameters and scenarios. The contractor will also provide access along with scientific and IT support to the consultants who are responsible for utilising the CEF to undertake the cumulative impact assessments for seabirds that may arise from the offshore windfarms scenarios identified by the Sectoral Marine Plan for Offshore Wind Energy (SMP-OWE) Iterative Plan Review (IPR).
