Notice Description
This was a Direct Award under Lot 3 - Mixed Methods Research Services (24-FW-004-SM-28) of Zero Waste Scotland's Research Consultancy Services Framework Agreement.The objective of this Project is to enable verification and quantification of the findings from the "Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in Scottish Highlands Summary Report" using robust research methods.While the initial application of outputs is intended for packaging EPR, this mixed methods participatory quality focused research project will provide a consistent, comprehensive and accurate dataset and actionable insights for multiple purposes and themes, including WEEE and batteries proposals, and co-design for high quality, high performing household recycling and reuse services.The Contractor will use their skills, knowledge and experience of mixed methods research and previous delivery of the original Project to determine the Services, tasks and timescales necessary to complete the requirements.The Contractor must identify and engage with the five (5) focus LAs and at least two (2) comparator LAs from across the UK - as agreed with and approved by the Client - to support delivery of the research requirements. This includes the identification of and introduction to any additional contacts as necessary.
