However the resultant facility will be operated by the Council's Leisure & Culture ALEO, ANGUSalive. Whilst this procurement is being conducted via 2 separate Lots, with Bidders welcome to make a submission for one or both Lots, any award will only be against one Lot. The published evaluation criteria will be used to identify the preferred submission for each Lot independently. The Decision as to which Lot, if any, the Council decides to proceed with and make an award under, will entirely be at the Council's discretion. This decision will be based on which style of solution is deemed to represent best overall value for the Council. Please note that within the qualitative part of the evaluation process, any Bidder scoring less than a 3 for questions 1-3 will be removed from the process.
