Companies adept at managing flexible schedules and capable of providing timely services in varying seasonal conditions will find this contract particularly beneficial. SMEs like McAdie and Reeve, who have already secured contracts for several lots, exemplify the type of business that can thrive under these conditions. The open procurement method also provides a level playing field for businesses of different sizes to compete, thus fostering a competitive market environment conducive to business expansion and regional economic development.
