Notice Description
Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership, EHSCP, through the City of Edinburgh Council, would like to test the market for experienced, local providers to deliver Care Inspectorate registered non specialist end of life care in a nursing care home setting for older people within the Edinburgh City boundaries. The delivery model would require meeting the needs of individuals and respond to the local and national environment, ensuring people receive the right care in the right place at the right time. The service will enable people to leave acute hospital at the right time, benefiting from a homely, community setting, with the provision of appropriate care and support.
