East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to construct a new 2.0m wide pedestrian access path (approx 62m long) to allow for safe pedestrian crossing to the car park entrance of St Helens Primary School, Bishopbriggs.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
