Notice Description
Applecross Community Company are seeking tenders from a Lead Architect and their preferred team to progress the Sustainable Living in Applecross project through RIBA Stages 1-4.

Lot 1
The Applecross Community Company is inviting proposals for a Lead Architect and their chosen Project Team to Prepare the Design (RIBA stages 1-4), Construction Documentation (RIBA 4) and undertake Contract Administration (RIBA 5) for the affordable houses, business units and associated infrastructure as outlined in the Applecross Sustainable Living Masterplan for the Hydro-field site in Applecross.
Renewal: The contract is subject to breaks and the detailed Schedule of Services for subsequent packages will be agreed between the Client and Architect as the project develops.
