The works include: -Gutters (repairs, clean & replace), -Downpipes (repairs, clean & replace), -Fascia, Soffits, Render repairs -Minor roofing works, The basis of payment for the works will be a % adjustment against the NHF Version 8 Schedule of Rates (attached as Appendix E).
