River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint three highly competent and experienced contractors to assist River Clyde Homes in the completion of High Access Repair Works to River Clyde Homes Housing Stock. The works include: -Gutters (repairs, clean & replace), -Downpipes (repairs, clean & replace), -Fascia, Soffits, Render repairs -Minor roofing works, The basis of payment for the works will be a % adjustment against the NHF Version 8 Schedule of Rates (attached as Appendix E). The framework ordering procedure is explained at Section 9. RCH estimate that there are approximately 450 outstanding repairs which will require to be completed at the outset of the contract. It is envisaged that all three successful companies will initially be utilised to reduce this volume. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two-year duration. RCH may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement following this date for up to a further two, twelve-month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
