Notice Description
Service to edit iPSC lines, in order to insert a large section of DNA into the genome at a specific location (CRISPRi cassette to be introduced into the CLYBL safe harbour locus). Edited lines then need to undergo single cell selection and expansion, to make sure that there is a pure population of edited cells.
Procurement Information
The University requires a cell editing service with high quality population of purely edited cells, alongside quality control testing. Market research has concluded that the supplier is the only one that can meet the University's strict requirement. As such, Competition is absent for technical reasons.
