Property Asset Valuation Services
Notice Description
The Council carries out a rolling programme of valuation that ensures that all property, plant and equipment required to be measured at fair value, is currently revalued at least every five years, but we are considering alternative frequency of valuations. Valuations of land and buildings are required in accordance with the methodologies and bases for estimation set out in the professional standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Procurement Information
A mini competition was carried out on Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement ("the Framework") RM6168 Lot 5. Two suppliers expressed an interest however never took part in the mini competition leaving the process with no tenders. Given the failure of the tendering process the Council approached one of the suppliers on the Framework, to establish if they could deliver the services required. They submitted a quotation which is based on the Framework Agreement and therefore gives comfort that the proposal from them is value for money.
