Lot 1
The Council wishes to determine the optimum delivery model and procurement sourcing strategy which should be adopted to unlock long-term heat network deployment at scale within the city. This includes establishing a wide programme of development work (the Programme) and the intention is to appoint a delivery partner (the Heat Network Delivery Partner).. Please refer to full details contained in the ITT documents which are provided within the 'Additional Documents' section of this Notice.
